“Magic” ice cubes for better skin
Winter is certainly a cold inconvenience that has a negative impact on our mood. However as far as female beauty is concerned it can have its advantages. It has been found that residents of areas with cooler climates are aging slower than those in the warm south. Scientists have found that low temperatures act as natural “preservatives”. The secret of their effect lies in the fact that in the process of cooling, skin cells are modifying the structure of their water molecules. Unfortunately, few of us have access to clean natural snow. Not to worry though, I am going to give you a recipe for how to make some “magic ice” with different kinds of herbs.
Preparation and use:
Brew 1 tablespoon of the herb of your choice in 500ml of water for about 30 minutes. Let the liquid cool down a bit and then pour it into a regular ice tray and stick it in the freezer. When these “magic” ice cubes are ready, rub your face and neck with them in the morning and evening.
Herbs and their benefits:
- Diced Green Tea is perfect for giving your skin a refreshed younger look.
- Chamomile softens and soothes the skin.
- Peppermint slows down the natural aging process.
- Sage shrinks pores and decreases outlines.
- Oak bark is good for acne, because it balances excess oil and cleans the pores.
- Marigold helps with acne scars.
When these “magic” herbal ice cubes touch the surface of the epidermal layer they improve its blood circulation and metabolism. This results in your skin looking fresher, with closed pores, smoother fine lines and wrinkles, and a natural peach blush. There is no make up or toner that will make your skin look as young and seductive, and that will boost your confidence next time you’re on a date with that special someone.
You should definitely try it!
